  1. Sign in to the church account you were invited to use. Open the correct service date.
  2. Review your assignment, the service order, song keys, and preparation notes. Respond to your invitation.
  3. Leaders: check assignments and use Send Invites when the schedule is ready.

An assignment alone does not notify the team. Leaders must send the invitations.

Charts

MUSICIANS & VOCALISTS

The chord charts and sheet music you need for practice and the service.

  1. Open the matching service and song list.
  2. Check the song key and arrangement against the leader’s plan before rehearsing.
  3. Open every chart on the device you will use, and make sure you can read it comfortably.

PDF charts are fixed pages. For a different key, ask for a correctly keyed PDF or use a transposable ChordPro chart.

Presenter / Stage Display

SLIDES & VISUALS

Presenter runs the room’s slides. Stage Display lets the team follow them on a phone or tablet.

Quick-start guide
  1. Tech operator: open the correct service in Presenter on the service computer and review lyrics, Scripture, and media.
  2. On-stage team: sign in to Presenter Stage Display on your device, or use the browser Stage Display.
  3. Test that the stage content updates during rehearsal. The mobile Stage Display needs internet and WorshipTools Pro or Pro Plus.

The green app in the team’s phone folder is Presenter Stage Display, a companion viewer. Use the main Presenter software to prepare and operate the presentation.

Prime + Tonic Pads

Quick-start guide
  1. Open the agreed setlist in Prime and confirm song order, keys, and arrangements with the leader.
  2. Select the Tonic Pad sound and key for the moment you are supporting. Rehearse the entrance, transition, and fade.
  3. Soundcheck playback with the tech team. Verify that any click and spoken cues reach only the intended monitor mix.

Prime is the live playback tool; Moises helps you learn a part. Confirm the available Prime features and audio routing before relying on them in a service.

PERSONAL PRACTICE

Hear a part more clearly, slow a difficult section, and practice in the right key.

  1. Use the reference recording chosen by the leader, with permission to upload it.
  2. Separate vocals and instruments, then adjust the mix to hear the part you are learning.
  3. Match the planned key, slow down difficult passages, and loop them before returning to full speed.

AI separation and chord detection can be imperfect. Check what you hear against the approved chart and arrangement. Features depend on your plan.

BandLab

RECORD & COLLABORATE

Record ideas and share arrangement demos with collaborators.

  1. Open the agreed project or create a clearly named demo. Use the planned key and tempo.
  2. Record your part and save a revision. Add a short note explaining what the team should listen for.
  3. From the project’s menu in Library, choose Invite Collaborators and invite the intended teammates.

Suggested team habit: label rehearsal demos clearly so nobody mistakes an unfinished idea for the final Sunday arrangement.

COMMON SUNDAY QUESTIONS

When you get stuck

I cannot see the service or my assignment.

Check the date and the church account you are signed in to. Ask the leader to confirm your assignment and invitation. If you still cannot see it, have an administrator check your access.

The chart is in a different key from the recording.

Confirm the intended key with the leader first. Adjust your practice track to match. If the chart is a PDF, ask for a PDF in the right key; changing a key label does not rewrite the notes on a fixed page.

The lyrics and band are following different arrangements.

Pause during rehearsal and agree on one arrangement. Update the service notes and check the slide order. During the service, follow the leader’s agreed cues and communicate changes simply.

The pad or playback is not coming through.

Tell the sound operator which source should be playing. Together, check playback, the selected output, the connection, and the assigned mixer channel at a controlled level. Follow the agreed backup plan if the problem cannot be resolved promptly.

What should I do before relying on a device at church?

Charge it, sign in, and open the exact service materials ahead of time. Test the materials under the connection conditions you expect. Ask the leader about the team’s backup charts and service plan.
